Distance Sales and Preliminary Information

Pre-payment information, service scope, delivery, and party obligations for event ticket and pass applications.

Last updated: June 2, 2026

This is a draft preliminary information text for the event ticket sales flow. Seller/provider details, final price, and event-specific terms should be shown clearly before payment.
01

Parties and subject

This information applies to event ticket, pass, or invitation application payments made through the Vira Collective website. The production version should clearly include the seller/provider trade name, address, contact, and tax details.

When the user completes the application form and proceeds to the secure payment screen, they are informed about the selected event, pass scope, attendee count, total price, and delivery method.

02

Main characteristics of the service

A Vira Collective pass covers participation review for the announced event, QR ticket generation after payment approval, and QR verification at the door. City, date, time, route, line-up, and special rules may be announced separately for each event.

For closed-circle events, exact venue and door details are shared only with confirmed attendees for security reasons. The user accepts this structure before application and payment.

03

Price, payment, and delivery

The total price, including applicable taxes, is shown before payment based on the selected event pass and attendee count. Payment may be made by credit or debit card through iyzico infrastructure.

After payment is approved, the user receives a reference number. QR tickets can be viewed and downloaded as PDFs through the ticket lookup screen using the reference number and the phone or email used on the payment form.

04

Withdrawal right and event services

Distance contracts generally include withdrawal rights for consumers, but the terms applicable to dated event, entertainment, or organization services may vary depending on the nature of the event and legal exceptions.

For this reason, cancellation, refund, date change, and transfer terms for each event are evaluated together with the event-specific conditions published before payment. The user confirms that they have read and accepted the relevant terms before payment.

05

User obligations

The user must provide accurate full name, contact, ID/passport, and billing information during application. If guests are added, the main attendee is responsible for entering accurate guest information and informing guests about event rules.

QR tickets are personal. ID and name matching may be requested at the door. Incorrect information, repeated QR use, security risks, or violation of event rules may result in entry refusal.

06

Disputes and support

Support requests about payment, ticket delivery, or event conditions should be sent to the announced contact channel with the reference number. Order records are reviewed before responding.

Consumer law rights are reserved. Competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court routes depend on dispute amount and applicable law.
