How do I receive my ticket?
After payment, you can download all PDF tickets from the lookup screen using your reference number.
Can guests arrive separately?
Yes. Each guest receives a separate QR, so they can be scanned independently at the door.
Can I transfer my QR to someone else?
No. The attendee name appears on the security screen when the QR is scanned.
What happens if the same QR is scanned twice?
The system shows a repeat-scan warning and the second entry is not approved.

When is the event location shared?
For security and experience quality, the exact venue and door details are shared only with confirmed attendees before the event.
Why is there no video on mobile?
Mobile visitors receive a faster image-based hero. The cinematic video experience remains active on desktop.
How do payment and ticket delivery work?
After completing the application form, you are redirected to the secure iyzico payment screen. Once payment is approved, a separate QR ticket is generated for each attendee.
Can I add guests?
Yes. Guest details can be entered during application. Each guest receives an individual QR ticket and is verified separately at the door.
What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?
The cancellation and refund terms announced for the specific event apply. If the date changes or the organization is cancelled, updates are sent using the order reference record.
